Reflexology foot massage with essential oils
Take a break in deep relaxation

Everyday charges, fears and stress of all kinds lead to tension and tenseness in the body, which cuts us off from our vital energy, making it hard to fulfill our everyday challenges.
The entire body is portrayed on a small scale in our feet. These reflex zones are directly connected to our organs. Massagíng the reflex points and areas, positively influences the associated systems,which are supported and their detoxification can function at its best. Reflexology massage relieves stressed organs and serves well-being and prevention. The self-healing powers of the body are activated.
This effect is supported positively during the massage by the use of the pure essential oils of authentic quality from Young Living.
The massage allows you to handle your own health and to get to know your own body even better. With the techniques you learn in my workshop you will be able to help yourself and others to achieve more  balance, harmony and better performance in your lifes.

2-day workshop in small group (4-6 participants).
In a theoretical part you will get to know all the basics, all necessary skills will be presented. In the practical part of the course, you will give a Raindrop Techinque to another participant twice and twice you will receive it yourself.

Raindrop Technique by D. Gary Young
Clarity, relief and relaxation at all levels

With the Raindrop Technique you will learn a method that can result in deep relaxation, emotional and mental relief, support the body at all levels and result in a holistic reset of your whole body system, when regularly applied. Intensive aromas, subtle strokes and various massage techniques bring the body to a whole new vibrational level.
The Raindrop Technique integrates the wisdom of different cultures:
- VitaFlex-Technique, reflexology  - from old  
   tibetan medicine
- Effleurage - from the knowledge of the
  egyptian Isispriestesses
- Featherstroke technique - from ancient 
  ceremonies of the Lakota Indians
- Essential oils and their balancing effects - 
  from modern aromatherapy.
The Raindrop Technique has a beneficial effect in a variety of physical, emotional and mental contexts.
